I got an opportunity to attend two important training programs (Business Presentation Skills and Personal Creativity for Innovation) wherein Sonali was the trainer. Sonali is calm, confident and is a subject matter expert in the area she is training. I had attended both the programs from a different group, however Sonali brought in fresh perspective. She gels easily with people, understands the concerns and address the same effectively. Attending both the programs was really valuable and having Sonali as a trainer was a icing on the cake.
